The Turning Point: From Traditional PM to Agile Advocate
Pedram’s path to Agile began in an unexpected place — a complex video game development project. As a Project Manager, he found himself leading a team full of ideas but constrained by limited resources and weak collaboration. Traditional project management approaches, with their rigid plans and delayed feedback loops, simply couldn’t meet the team’s needs. In search of a better way, Pedram discovered Agile, Scrum, and the power of empiricism. Applying these principles brought clarity, adaptability, and results — and marked the beginning of a career transformation.
Implementing Scrum Across Organizations
Since that pivotal experience, Pedram has implemented the Scrum framework in five different organizations and guided more than ten teams to success. His approach blends empirical thinking, data-driven decision-making, and strong facilitation skills, enabling teams to deliver value at the right time and in the right way. He has earned the trust of CEOs, CTOs, developers, and product owners, who recognize him as an expert in Agile and Scrum, a team player, and a persuasive communicator.
