A place for conversations, learning, and exploring the Agile world!
Founded in 2021 by Pedram Keshavarzi, Agile Gap is a website dedicated to Agile methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, Extreme Programming (XP), SAFe, Liberating Structures, leadership, and HR management in complex environments.
We started with Persian-language content and later expanded into English under the brand Boost Agility. Now, this website is home to two podcasts:
Why the name Agile Gap?
Agile: Refers to the movement launched in 2001 with the Agile Manifesto, aimed at improving software development through adaptability and collaboration.
Gap:
In Persian, “gap” (گپ) means conversation or dialogue.
In English, “gap” means a space or distance — reflecting the challenges in bridging theory and practice in Agile.
Agile Gap is where reflection meets dialogue — and where we work to close the distance between knowing Agile and living Agile.
